Competition Prep Coaching

We coach for all federations and categories. Our show preps typically run for 16 prior and 4 weeks after for your reverse diet. Please note that depending on your experience, conditioning and muscle development it may be advised/required to do a "pre prep" phase of anywhere from 3-18 months prior to your 16 week official show prep. You represent the both of us up there and we want you to look your best!

Supplement/Cardio regimen

Weekly check ins for week 16-6. Bi weekly check ins for weeks 5-peak week.

Help with suit selection, registration, hotel reservations etc.

Four weeks post show reverse diet.

The monthly fee does not include posing. If you are not local to the Westerly, Rhode Island area we will refer you to a virtual posing coach. If you are local you may add on in person posing sessions for $45 per session.
