Competition Prep Coaching

We coach for all federations and categories. Our show preps typically run for 16 prior and 4 weeks after for your reverse diet. Please note that depending on your experience, conditioning and muscle development it may be advised/required to do a "pre prep" phase of anywhere from 3-18 months prior to your 16 week official show prep. You represent the both of us up there and we want you to look your best!

Plan Includes

  • 16 week contest prep

  • All of the training and nutrition you need to help get you stage ready.

  • Supplement/Cardio regimen

  • Weekly check ins for week 16-6. Bi weekly check ins for weeks 5-peak week.

  • Help with suit selection, registration, hotel reservations etc.

  • Four weeks post show reverse diet.

  • The monthly fee does not include posing. If you are not local to the Westerly, Rhode Island area we will refer you to a virtual posing coach. If you are local you may add on in person posing sessions for $45 per session.
